The school has 3 departments, namely upper secondary programmes (including vocational programmes), shorter courses for businesses and institutions (joined ownership with the Technical College in Tórshavn), and higher education programmes. It will primarily be the department for higher education, which will participate in the project. Other partners may be involved, e.g. locally established study labs and relevant educational institutions.
At Føroya Handilsskúli (Faroe Islands Business College) the primary target group for study labs will be students in our higher educational programmes, which are offered as part time studies and full time studies.
The Faroe Islands will explore, how they can collaborate with both local partners and other partners with the purpose of furthering the development of study labs in the Faroes.
